I know you all think I eat and breathe yoga. And part of me says, yes that is true. But at lease a couple times a week, I choose to forego the yoga class for a run or cardio class. It's a great balance to have both in your life: the passive flow of sweaty yoga and the aggressive action of pumping cardio.
That said, I realized I haven't curated a running playlist for you all! Believe me, I have a bunch on my Spotify but, just haven't shared them yet with you. So here is the first one! It's a mixed-genre, upbeat curation of some of my favorite songs to sweat (pump) to. Enjoy!
