Looking for a way to spice up your yoga and fitness classes, instructors? I teach a power vinyasa flow class and I would love to share my playlists with you! Each 1-hour playlist starts soft and introductory, then gets into the groove of some great tunes for the sweaty flow portion of class. The playlists then winds down to a couple mellow songs for stretching and savasana.
These are FUN playlists, and in general are not "om-ey". PS. Being in a fitness class is not required to listen to this playlist. ;-)
